WELCOME TO THE UCA
The United Call of Duty Association (UCA) is a structured esports league founded on November 24, 2025 and governed by the United COD Committee (UCC), a group of 5–7 appointed members. In its first official season, the UCA competes on Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and follows a traditional sports-style layout with a regular season, playoffs, and a finals series. The season also features short mid-season breaks, including All-Star Weekend and award ceremonies.
The league is made up of 12 franchises, all owned by the UCA but managed by approved team owners. Franchises cannot be rebranded, altered, or relocated, and expansion teams will be added as the league grows. Team owners may eventually purchase full franchise rights once they meet the requirements outlined in Section 4B.
The UCA distributes 75% of all revenue directly to the prize pool, while the remaining 25% is reinvested into league development and operations. Maintaining competitive integrity is a core principle of the UCA — cheating, exploiting, or manipulating competition is strictly prohibited, and violations may result in suspensions, fines, or permanent removal from the league.
SEASON FORMAT
The UCA Regular Season features all 12 franchises competing in a 22-match schedule. At the conclusion of regular-season play, the top 10 teams advance to the Playoffs, while the bottom two teams are eliminated. The No. 1 and No. 2 seeds receive a first-round bye.
Playoff seeding is determined using each team’s round win–loss ratio and overall match win–loss record.
Following the postseason bracket, the East Division Champion and West Division Champion face off in the UCA Finals, where they compete for the UCA Championship title.
Approximately three-quarters into the Regular Season, the league will host an All-Star Break to spotlight exceptional talent across the UCA.
At the end of the season, the league will also host a formal Awards Ceremony, recognizing top performers across multiple categories, including League MVP, OBJ Player of the Year, Coach of the Year, and additional honors celebrating excellence throughout the season.

GAMES & MODES
When two teams compete in a professional match of Call of Duty, they play three separate modes on different maps. Winning a game earns a team one match point. Each match is a best-of-five series.
HARDPOINT
First team to 250 points wins, or the team with the most points when the game timer reaches zero
teams battle for control of marked objective zones that appear around the map. A team earns one point for every second they maintain uncontested control of a zone. If players from both teams are inside the area at the same time, the objective becomes Contested and neither side gains points until control is re-established.
The active Hardpoint shifts to a new position every sixty seconds. Because the rotation path is predetermined for each map, teams can prepare in advance by “rotating” early and setting up for the next hill. While the layout varies from map to map, the rotation order remains consistent, allowing teams to study and refine their strategies throughout the season.
SEARCH & DESTROY
Detonate or defuse the bomb in one of two locations; or eliminate the opposing enemies.
Search & Destroy is the league’s only mode without respawns. The attacking team must bring a bomb to one of two sites, plant it, and defend it until detonation. Defenders aim to stop the plant or, if the bomb is armed, defuse it before time expires.
A round can also be won by eliminating the opposing team. If attackers plant the bomb before being wiped out, defenders must still secure the defuse.
The first team to win six rounds takes the match.
OVERLOAD
Overload is a constant push and pull, objective-based multiplayer mode where two teams compete to overload the enemy zones.
Players must transport the Overload Device into the opposing team’s zone to earn one point. Only one player can hold the Device at any given time.
Each half concludes when a team reaches four points or when the clock expires. The match is won by the first team to reach eight total points.
If time expires and the score is tied, the game enters a two-minute Sudden Death round with no respawns. The first team to score during Sudden Death wins the match.
